Research and ask questions! There are a lot of options out there, but make sure you are asking questions to cover YOUR needs. Don’t chase the lowest rate – make sure you understand all fees and details of a loan program. Discuss overall business plans and exit strategies with a prospective lender and choose one that has the flexibility to partner with you on all your goals, not just one individual deal – it will pay dividends in the long run!
