Title companies and clients without borrower portal access can request a payoff or paydown statement on our website by going to renovofinancial.com/payoffrequests. Let’s walk through the process.
Start by entering Requestor Info, where you’ll provide some basic contact information, including your email and phone number.
In the Loan Info section, you’ll be prompted to provide pertinent loan details, We’ll also ask for info on your exit strategy, the type of loan we provided you, and whether you need to complete a payoff or a paydown of the loan. A “payoff” is defined as a full payoff of the loan, and a “paydown” is defined as the payoff of
one property on a multi-collateral loan.
You’ll need to let us know when you need the statement by. Please be advised that urgent requests (i.e. those requests that must be fulfilled sooner than 3 business days) should be funneled through Servicing’s toll-free number at 888.568.8894.
As well, please provide the Closing Date date for the statement. If the date is more than 30 calendar days away, you’ll need to reach out to Servicing at their toll-free number.
