The biggest mistake I have seen is business owners overextending themselves. Many investors take their initial success and think it can be easily duplicated every time. I suggest that each deal has to be carefully evaluated and reviewed.
My biggest motivation is the ability to help businesses owners. I love being able to say I have helped clients grow their businesses as well as their personal lives.
I grew up in a small town of South Florida name Palm Springs. Then I moved to Miami then back to Palm Beach. I came to the business from the finance side of things originally working for Bank of America as business Relationship Manager. But I grew into a role supporting direct to client once I saw the difference it made in client’s lives.
I love to read. I also love fishing here in the beatiful waters of South Florida
I have had a long career in business lending which gives me a deeper understanding of what helps businesses owners. I also actively invest in real estate and have been involved in all sides of the business.
