Borrowers using other lenders with higher rates and points and shorter terms, but they use them because they can close so fast. Then they have higher costs and with extensions fee’s and budgets that are not realistic,leave no room for profit.
Making sure that the borrower is happy and getting taken care of.. I love the feeling when a loan closes and the borrower thanks me several times and then will refer me to another investor. Then it makes me want to make sure that the referral feels great about referring other investors to me.
I spend time with my husband of almost (25 years) and our 4 year old grand child.. We have a 29 year old daughter and a 22 year old son who we love to spend time with at our River Home Eain stern Washington. My husband and I love to travel also. My parents and brothers and sister and their families all live within 15 minutes of each other so we love spending as much time with them as we can.. My husband and I also LOVE to watch sports, Seahawks, Mariners and the Kraken. I enjoy watching Golf too!
