Renovo Financial Brings In Industry Expert, Andrew Pollock, as Executive Vice President, Head of Growth to Lead Company’s Expansion in the West Coast

Renovo Financial, a leading residential real estate investment lender, today announced that industry veteran Andrew Pollock has joined the company as Executive Vice President, Head of Growth. In this role, Pollock will lead the company’s expansion efforts and growth strategy for the West Coast with a particular focus on California.
Pollock, who most recently held top executive positions at Anchor Loans, will be responsible for overall strategic planning, recruitment, product development, and loan operations for Renovo’s activity throughout the Western U.S., where they lend on rehabs, ground-up construction, lot developments, and rental projects. Pollock brings three decades of experience in mortgage and investment banking, working with residential transition lenders, fintech, start-ups, emerging growth, and multinational organizations. He has specialized expertise in building and expanding operationally sound and financially successful companies, including turnaround and market share growth initiatives. During his career, Pollock has held numerous senior executive positions at various companies. In addition to Anchor Loans, Pollock has held senior positions at Radian/Clayton Holdings and Rushmore Loan Management, and was president and CEO of First Franklin, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch.
“As we build out our West Coast expansion plans, we’re delighted to have Andy at the helm,” said Kevin Werner, CEO of Renovo Financial. “He brings such depth of experience, including navigating through all kinds of market challenges, and understands how to lead teams, build business, forge deep professional relationships and achieve long-term success. He’s a stellar addition to our senior leadership team.”
“In a short period of time, Renovo has become one of the top ten business purpose residential lenders in the nation. With California representing the country’s largest mortgage market, there is still tremendous untapped growth opportunity within regional homebuilders, real estate developers, build-to-rent investors, and fix-and-flip renovations,” said Pollock. “I’m excited and privileged to join this energic, entrepreneurial team at Renovo Financial.”
Renovo has experienced significant growth since its founding in 2011 and continues to be one of the fastest-growing residential real estate investment lenders for rehab and new construction. With 200+ team members on staff and over 10,000 loans made, the company is dedicated to its steadfast founding principle of putting the client first.
